FAB SQUAD PUBLISHING

Fab Squad Publishing wurde 1993 gegründet und betreute zusammen mit dem Verlag Songs United Publishing vorrangig das Repertoire von Autoren und Künstlern der Labels von Vielklang Musikproduktion. Zusammen mit den Editionen Meteor Rock, El Cheapo Grande, Boavista und Popcrash wurde ein breites Spektrum von Künstlern wie In Extremo,Hamid Baroudi, Mr. Ed Jumps The Gun, Poems for Laila, Qntal und viele andere betreut. Insbesondere die Autoren der Labels Pork Pie und Rough Mix Recordings werden seither von Fab Squad Publishing betreut, da Verlagschef Matthias Broeckel auch für die Veröffentlichungen auf diesen Labels zuständig ist und sich persönlich vorrangig für die Musikrichtungen Ska, Punk, Reggae und Hip Hop interessiert.

Fab Squad Publishing kümmert sich um Promotion, Auswertung der Werke auf Tonträger, Filmmusik, Compilations sowie alle Belange der Administration. Als Mitglied der Label Commission Berlin ist Fab Squad Publishing auch an der Initative SourceMusic beteiligt, die sich um die gemeinsame Vermarktung von Songs bei Filmproduzenten, Werbeagenturen oder Special-Marketing kümmert.

Seit 2004 hat Fab Squad Publishing im Zusammenhang mit erfolgreichen Tourneen der Ska-Bands The Busters und SKAOS auch Kontakte nach Japan zu Vertrieben, Konzertagenturen und Verlagen ausgebaut.

Fab Squad Publishing was founded in 1993 and primarily took care about the repertoire of artists of the record company Vielklang Musikproduktion together with the publisher Songs United Publishing. Together with the editions Meteor Rock, el Cheapo Grande, Boavista and Popcrash we took care about a wider range of artists like In Extremo, hamid baroudi, Mr. ed Jumps The gun, Poems For Laila Qntal and many more. Fab Squad Publishing especially takes care about the artists of the labels Pork Pie and Rough Mix Recordings, as the director Matthias Broeckel is also responsable for the releases on these labels and personally focusses on ska, punk, reggae and hip hop music.

Fab Squad Publishing takes care about the promotion, explitation of the songs on records, film music, compilations as well as all aspects of the administration. As a member of the Label Commission Berlin, Fab Squad Publishing takes part in the initiative SourceMusic, which takes care about the joint marketing of songs for movie producers, advertising agencies or special marketing companies.

Since 2004, after successful live tours in Japan with the ska bands The Busters and SKAOS, Fab Squad Publishing has intensified the business relationship to japanese distribution companies, booking agencies and publishers.
